Here’s a small Water Damage Restoration job in Philadelphia when a leak from the roof went through the floor and into the first floor ceiling. There was minor damage to the hardwood and drywall, but without a transition piece in the flooring, sometimes the repair can be quite difficult and expensive.
Here’s a photo of a finished bathroom that had a water loss on the ceiling. It may not be typical with other contractors, but this is how we prep the work area prior to any removal to insure no damage to any finished products in a home.
