Here’s a set of photos showing water damage from a busted softener which also resulted in mold growth. The walls were demoed, the framing cleaned and then encapsulated in white. Notice how we encapsulate by also leaving clean lines, almost making each piece of wood look like a cigarette. Even though drywall will cover these pieces of framing again, we still take every step to make the aesthetic appearance look as best as possible.
